Senior Designer for Packaging

FabFitFun is looking for a hands-on Senior Packaging Designer to join the Creative team! The ideal candidate is a self-starter, tech savvy, and pro at multi-tasking under tight deadlines. This position reports to the Art Director and works directly with our Merchandising and Product Development teams.

• Manage projects from concept/execution to production
• Provide end-to-end visual creative support for Creative, Merchandising, and Product Development teams
• Present and rationalize the work to executive managers
• Create mood boards and mock-ups for presentations
• Stay current on trends in packaging and graphic design
• Attend photo shoots and press checks when requested

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in brand and packaging design
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating branding projects and packaging design
• Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong typography, layout, and color theory skills, specific to print/packaging
• Highly experienced with various printing processes and techniques
• Self-starter, team player, and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills

• Interest in fashion and/or beauty
• Background designing packaging for a beauty brand
• Experience defining a style guide
• Art direction and experience setting up photo shoots
• Background working with high-end brands
