Accounting Manager

FabFitFun is a fast-growing and innovative lifestyle brand looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at our West Hollywood HQ.

• Lead and assist with running day to day tasks of the Accounting & Operations departments
• Oversee month-end close process, including the preparation of financial reports, posting of revenue and cost of goods sold related journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and analyzing budget-to-actual variances
• Maintain accounting controls and assist in policy improvement
• Perform ad-hoc projects as needed

• Self-starter mindset, able to work under minimal direction
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years hands on experience (startup or subscription experience a bonus!)
• Proficiency with an ERP
• Ability to work in Excel, Google Sheets
• Experience with inventory accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, including revenue recognition and cost accounting
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while effectively meeting tight deadlines
