Account Manager

FabFitFun is seeking an energetic and self-­motivated Account Manager to join our growing company. You will be an integral part of a rapidly growing, cutting-edge company where you will have the opportunity to thrive with our Merchandising team. • Facilitate all aspects of ad campaigns and brand partnerships, including scheduling campaigns, supporting and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with other members of the team
• Create vendor agreements and other contracts for brand partners and sponsors
• Create invoices and POs for brand partners and sponsors; work with finance and accounting teams to ensure payment
• Assist the senior account manager and Merchandising Team
• Help prepare wrap up reports
• Create PowerPoint decks for advertisers, partners, and vendors
• Perform administrative tasks, as needed

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications or Marketing)
• An amazing self starter attitude and organizational skills
• Working or proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (as well as have an aptitude with technology)
• Excellent interpersonal/written communication skills, and are able to work collaboratively throughout an organization
• The ability to effectively cope with change and can switch gears comfortably in a fast­ moving startup environment.

• Prior account management experience and/or customer service experience
• Interest in beauty, fashion, fitness, health
• Previous startup experience
