The selected candidate will match all of the qualifications and requirements and possess the abilities to perform all of the duties listed below and, in exchange, Expeditors International will provide the selected candidate with unparalleled.
- Compile and prepare commercial regulatory document(s) for entry processing.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Pre-entry requirements
- Receive shipment notification
- Verify all charges due
- Review documents and prioritize
- Create entry/entry summary
- Support the operations where needed
- Self-development - annually 52 hours of required training

Program Development and Improvement
- Ensure all programs, customers have correctly documented SOP’s
- Collaborate on Process Improvements to ensure what we are doing makes sense
- Be willing to support co-workers in other general logistics tasks as available or assigned
Reporting Structure:
- Shared Service Team Supervisor, Service Center Manager
Peer Positions:
- Sales Customer Service Rep, Brokerage Customer Service Rep
- Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service oriented
- Strong Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, e-mail and various PC based software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with customers and internal employees at all levels
- Proven background of excellent attendance
