This is a position for someone who wants to positively impact lives everyday by creating experiences that help ensure women have happy, healthy pregnancies and happy healthy babies. It’s also a very high-profile position as your work will be seen globally via the brand’s top-ranked and rated mobile apps, website and at retail locations worldwide promoting both the digital properties and best-selling books.

To succeed, you'll exercise a wide variety of skills, from helping to shape the overall product strategy, to working closely with user-research on various studies, to prototyping and developing patterns and data visualizations.

• Re-imagining what best-in-class, personalized pregnancy and parenting experiences look like
• Creating a mobile and web experiences that guide expecting and new parents
• Prototyping designs and testing them with users
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers and other designers to bring your vision to life
• Translating complex interactions and processes into ones that delight and support our users

• You have 6+ years experience designing apps and websites
• You’re passionate about understanding user needs as a central element of your design vision
• An eye for detail and obsession with craft
• Experience designing for iOS, Android and the web
• Skilled at animating interactions
• Solid knowledge of prototyping tools (from low-fidelity to high-fidelity)
• Ability to work through complex workflows with whiteboards, flow charts, and wireframes.
• A strong understanding of grid systems, composition, typography and color
