Estée Lauder is one of the world’s most renowned beauty companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for conducting weekly calls for the regions to brief new asset requests · Update global tracker on a daily basis · Work with creative team on a daily basis to ensure they are aware of daily priorities · Disseminate assets on a timely manner · Manage all new launch assets and “online product setup grid” · Organize all product launch visuals for regions to easily access · Audit global sites to ensure that the assets are being utilized by retail partners · Partner with creative and regional teams to optimize email results · Support the Consumer Engagement team to develop media plans and creative implementation · Create timelines for all digital, e-commerce and E-CRM programs and partner with creative to implement · Proactively identify, flag and elevate any timeline issues

QUALIFICATIONS: · Undergraduate degree, position requires 3+ years e-commerce and project management experience · Attention to detail, excellent follow-up · Self-starter · Candidate must possess excellent organization, collaboration and communication skills · Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment · Proficient in all Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook · Knowledge working on a Mac is a plus · Luxury experience is a plus
