Summary
Work with Esri’s most strategic partners to ensure these partnerships are effective in propelling Esri’s brand growth worldwide. This role will be responsible for developing the strategy and integrated marketing execution for co-marketing programs to meet Esri’s business objectives. This senior position requires strong business acumen, superior marketing execution, and executive-level relationship management skills. This position is for someone who excels in thinking strategically as well as executing for results. The Partner Marketing Manager will contribute to crafting strategic partner agreements and create and manage all co-marketing programs with a well-defined set of strategic partners.
Responsibilities
* Build relationships with marketing teams at strategic partner companies and developing go-to-market strategies * Develop a global marketing strategy for each partner or partner category by working closely with Business Development * Create marketing plans including awareness and demand generation activities and develop innovative joint marketing offers and assets that drives growth for Esri * Work with strategic partners to build strong joint value propositions that fit within each company’s messaging and strategies * Manage the day-to-day relationships with our partners’ marketing teams to set priorities, drive delivery timelines, and ensure flawless execution of programs across partners and Esri * Measure and track marketing results * Create a scalable marketing framework that can be leveraged across the whole Esri Partner Network and new partnerships * Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams within Esri * Present regular updates to and seek feedback from other marketing and business development leaders
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements** * Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding marketing strategy * Strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional/ multi-cultural team environment * Self-starter, detail and task oriented, highly organized, with a customer oriented attitude * Comfortable interacting with other departments and upper management within Esri and marketing departments within partner organizations * Competent written and verbal communication skills * Strong project management and problem-solving skills * Available to travel occasionally * Bachelor's degree (with an MBA preferred) * A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in technology markets **Recommended Qualifications:** Knowledge of GIS/Esri products
