Construction Financial Analyst

**Purpose of Position:** * To provide construction financial assistance to the capital projects team **Job Description:** * The primary focus is on analysing financial data as it related to capital projects * This includes validating overall project cost and schedule with available system information, as well as information provided by the project manager and relevant stakeholders * Analyzing available data through the life cycle of project, to help identify potential risks in the forecasts provided by a project team is the main responsibility

* BA in Finance or Accounting * Plus minimum 6 years' financial or project controls experience, including 2 years in architectural, design, contracting, and project management or construction environment * Must have construction finance/accounting background * Must be very good with systems/technology * Very proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Very strong analytical skills * Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment * Health screen required as part of on-boarding process
