Summary

Emblem Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Admissions RN. In this role you will be responsible for direct patient care as well as helping families to understand the need to place their loved one into end of life services.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with the POA and caregivers for the patient
  • Assess patient needs
  • Utilization of PointCare EMR for clinical docmentation
  • Admit patients as needed according to state/federal guidelines
Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate is licensed in the state of Arizona by the board of nursing. Has a passion for patient care and end of life service. Has working knowledge of regulations and rules in healthcare in accordance with state/federal guidelines.
