Online Marketing Manager

We are looking for an individual to work with the Director for Marketing to execute and manage marketing programs for consumer acquisition and retention. The position will be work on marketing for Ebates Canada (Ebates.ca) and Ebates Russia (Ebates.ru). This will include CRM, referral marketing, direct mail, mobile app and product marketing.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to manage and execute all marketing campaigns.
- Work in partnership with external agencies as required to execute the marketing plan to achieve quarterly and yearly KPIs.
- Work with Marketing Operations Lead to create, execute and optimize customer retention programs to increase member engagement and reactivate dormant users.
- Work with Advertising Specialist to build and coordinate seasonal campaigns and contests to drive acquisition of new members and increase conversion to buyers. Includes coordinating development of all creative assets and delivery to the dev for production.
- Responsible for managing the quarterly referral program including budget tracking, creative development, internal marketing and reporting.
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of internal marketing programs such as VIP gift programs, direct mail programs, mobile app download campaigns as well are browser extension install campaigns.
- Own and maintain 2016 marketing roadmap to ensure all projects are on track and all deliverables are met.
- Meet and exceed defined targets for each marketing channel: new member acquisition, conversions, cost per acquisition, and revenue
- Must have experience in and tons of passion for online shopping in Canada
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a online marketing role
- Preference will be given to those with experience in marketing for a consumer focused e-commerce website in Canada
