Senior Business Systems Analyst (Category Management)

Reporting directly to the IT Director for Sales, this high profile position is central to all sales technology projects. Successful candidates will have a strong track record in project management, business systems analysis and business relationship management. You will have the opportunity to drive highly visible projects, working with suppliers and customers alike to keep Gallo Sales at the cutting edge.

Project Management:

• Lead complex medium and large projects from initiation to closing
• Manage the sales project intake process and route to the appropriate stakeholders
• Ensure tasks are completed in scope, within budget, and on time
• Take the lead on vendor management and payments

Business Analysis:

• Like building strong relationships? Work on CRM (customer relationship management) initiatives and assess the needs in the field
• Excited about technology projects? Play a role in leading emerging technology
• Are you an excellent communicator? Coordinate cross-functionally to increase effectiveness in providing business solutions

• A Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or a High School Diploma or GED plus 7 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering, or Business Administration plus 3 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation
• Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Project Management experience, to include Scope Management

What Will Set You Apart

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering or Business Administration plus 4 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation
• Your Master’s degree
• Experience with Visio, MS Project, MS Access, and SharePoint
• Working knowledge of SQL query language and relational database design
• Experience with SAP BPC Software (Business Planning and Consolidation)Experience with JDE ERP
