Reporting to the IT Manager for Customer Development Systems, you will be a key technical member within Information Technology. Your proven programming experience and knowledge of system best practices will help keep Gallo at the cutting edge of sales technology. You will have an opportunity to learn about the adult beverage segment as we leverage retailer and syndicated sales data to drive growth, while always being encouraged to sharpen and advance your technical skills!
Web and Mobile Development:
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML/HTML5
- Strong design and coding skills in an Object Oriented Language
- Experience with RDBMS, excellent SQL skills, and the ability to develop Web Services Soap/REST
Teamwork and Innovation:
- Collaborate, facilitate, and participate in your department and cross-functional project teams
- Thought Leader with the ability to be a strong role model in times of change
- Provide technical innovation and dynamic solutions to help us improve and grow in the marketplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, Mathematics, or Engineering plus 1 year of programming analysis, software engineering or software development - OR- a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience in programming analysis, software engineering or software development - OR- a High School Diploma or GED plus 6 years of experience in programming analysis, software engineering or software development
- Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to provide on-call support when needed

- Advanced experience in Programming
- Experience in both on-premise and SaaS technology solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and command a room of your peers
- Project Management and or Lean/Six Sigma experience
- Experience in Sencha, KendoUI, AngularJS and Bootstrap
- Experience in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
