Are you passionate about design and tech?? Do you have a great eye for design? Have a strong foundation in Photoshop and Illustrator? Join our team! The Digital Designer will assist the account management team, ad operations and designers to edit and create engaging ads on behalf of our clients.

• Editing and resizing existing client collateral into different ad sizes, dimensions or formats.
• Working in Adobe Creative Suite to create jpgs and animated gifs.
• Working in 3rd party ad creative studio to design media ads based on our creative services offerings for clients.
• Create marketing materials in a fast-paced, team setting. Interact with internal managers to coordinate and execute sales presentations for client presentations, RFPs, and events.
• Help ensure the consistency of our brand, tone and message for all ad sales materials.
• Research, concept and mock up new creative designs within client brand standards.
• Learn to assess performance success based on click through lift, conversion rates, etc.

• Able to take constructive feedback and iterate on your design
• Extremely proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator Familiar with additional Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Highly efficient and able to work under quick turnaround times
• Eager to learn about display dimensions and capabilities in the mobile, tablet and desktop environment
• Appetite to learn fundamentals of creative results & performance, including A/B testing and defining performance benchmarks
• Knowledgeable experience with an HTML editor such as Sublime/Notepad ++, Excel, Powerpoint and ticket tracker program (JIRA)
• Experience with HTML, Javascript or CSS is a plus Other Requirements
• BA/BS in graphic design (Print and Web), communications or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role. Passionate about tech and design.
• Must be able to legally work in the U.S. right now and current living in the Bay Area.
