HP Business Service Management (BSM) Engineer

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expertise required for software versions listed and/or newer versions of these software tools in an enterprise environment. The environment consists of multiple instantiations of these systems in support of the Unclassified, classified, and testing/integrations networks. These positions require extensive experience architecting and implementing solutions using the identified tools. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of and experience using and integrating these tools in Local Area networks (LANs) Specializing in:

• HP NNMi ultimate Edition
• HP UCMDB Third Party Integration
• HP Universal Discovery
• HP Asset Manager Suite
• BDNA Asset Normalization

Additional requirements for this position include:

• US Citizen
• A Current DoD Security clearance (secret or higher)
• DOD 8570 compliance at the IAT Level I with a CompTIA Security+ CE or greater.
• Participate in meetings as required
• Required Product/Expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related IT degree preferred with 5 years working experience operating, designing HP event management tools in a robust enterprise environment.
• BSM expertise

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in working with Army leadership and/or within the Pentagon
• ITIL Experience
• HP Software certifications beneficial
