- Project Planning and implementation of Global HR programs within the region (e.g. training, engagement surveys, diversity, etc)
- Accountable for the successful execution of all complex Employee Relations matters through regional ER/legal expertise
- Partner with HR Ops and global Centers of Excellence to provide regional input in shaping global strategies (compensation trends, benefits/perks, local policies, legal and compliance requirements)
- Creates and executes talent development strategy for the region (training, leadership development, etc)
- Owns the design and rollout of regional HR policies I partnership with HR Ops and the Centers of Excellence as appropriate (eg employee handbook)
- 7-8 years HR generalist experience, particularly strong experience with Employee Relations
- Experience collaborating in a matrixed HR environment with generalists and global Centers of Excellence
- Sound HR expertise in all generalist areas (Talent, Employee Relations, local Employment Law, Culture, Compensation & Benefits)
- Experience managing and building a team of 1-2 HR generalists
