Automotive News and Crain's Digital Operations team are seeking a Campaign Coordinator (Digital).
- Timely chasing, receiving and reviewing all digital creative assets.
- Ensuring assets adhere to creative, technical, business and legal specifications.
- Robust understanding of brand advertising products and relevant specs, guidelines and business rules.
- Regular and effective communication with our advertisers, the Automotive News team, and the Ad Operations team.
- Partnership with the Automotive News team, understanding their strategy and goals; keeping them apprised of status or issues that could impact their business.
- Monitor campaign delivery and assist in troubleshooting and brainstorming to reach maximum delivery.
- Assist in advertising campaign QA.
- Provide the Automotive News team as requested ad hoc advertising related reporting.
- Train fellow team members, as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Minimal overnight travel.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Dependable, proactive with good follow-thru abilities.
- Interest and ability to improve work processes.
- Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Digital advertising experience.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
