The Learning & Marketing Program Manager is responsible for designing and delivering all talent development internal marketing, communications and branding efforts. This position is also responsible for LMS Administration, Program administration support and CMG University content re-design and updates.
40% Marketing/Graphic Design
- Develop marketing/communication collateral related to talent development programs, services, and offerings to include: brochures, BrainShark recordings, CMG Connex presence and webinars
- Create talent development marketing campaigns for delivery to CMG locations
- Plan, develop and manage the regular production of talent development messages for the intranet, email, voicemail, letters, memos and other vehicles.
- Assist in the development of presentations and other talent development communication projects where necessary.
- Contribute to employee development and engagement by developing and coordinating internal communications with the goal of enhancing understanding and awareness of key learning messages and opportunities that may involve using, managing and developing electronic media to deliver information to employees.
20% Learning Management System Administration
- Serves as project manager for online learning management system (LMS) – at CMG; represents CMG in enterprise LMS decisions, provides training, coaching and oversight to local CMG LMS administrators.
- Prepare regular usage reports and manage report development/tracking for LMS
- Develop and report ongoing metrics to determine effectiveness of training programs using Survey Monkey, the LMS, team status report and other tools, as needed. Measures program impact using a variety of methods i.e. evaluation, testing, coaching.
10% Talent Development Administration
- Assist in the administration of Talent Development programs and initiatives, to include communication, program material preparation, nomination management for cohort leadership development programs
30% Talent Development Project Management
- Prepare learning paths/libraries for new managers, next gen population and other targeted talent segments utilizing on line learning library and other learning resources
- Serve as project manager for online learning resources (e.g. Skillsoft).
- Develop and maintain the CMG Talent Development website
- 5 – 6 years past experience in HR/Learning or Marketing/Communications
- Past Marketing/Communication experience
- Experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or other similar tools
- Experience with SharePoint
- Graphic Design or graphic arts skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft product suite
- Project Management skills
- Some instructional design experience would be preferred.
