Senior Compensation Analyst

Cox Enterprises is a leading communications, media and automotive services company.

The Senior Compensation Analyst position is a key member of our executive compensation consulting team, being the main liaison to one or more of the company’s business divisions.

**Design & Administration** * Partner with division compensation team(s) on all officer transactions; e.g., new hires, transfers, promotions, separations * Become a subject matter expert and serve as the primary contact point for division compensation and HR partners on all executive compensation matters * Partner with the divisions on annual and long-term incentive designs * Lead market pricing efforts annually for division officers * Lead annual long-term incentive plan (LTIP) award allocation * Interact with payroll, finance, accounting, and legal departments as needed * Coordinate with the CEI Compensation equity administration team as needed

* Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience * Minimum of three (3) years financial/compensation experience * Strong, proven executive presence * Strong customer service orientation * Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and establish relationships * Good financial acumen; analytical and creative problem solving skills; strong attention to detail * Trustworthy; maintains confidentiality * Proven strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel * Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines * High School or GED required **Preferred Qualifications:** * Five (5)+ years compensation experience, including consulting and internal roles * Executive compensation background preferred; incentive design in particular * Bachelor’s degree strongly desired * CEP and/or CCP designation a plus
