Associate Director, Marketing

Cornerstone OnDemand is a leading global provider of a comprehensive learning and talent management SaaS suite.

The Corrnerstone OnDemand team is looking for a visionary leader to join our global marketing team! In this role you will be responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy to drive our commercial line of business and have the opportunity to build and lead a world-class marketing team.

• Develop overall vision and strategy to support prospect, client and alliance revenue goals
• Create strong, collaborative relationships with sales leadership to understand their needs and support their goals
• Continually monitor and measure team performance to ensure goals are being met in each functional area
• Stay at the bleeding edge of marketing to continually evaluate new testing opportunities
• Understand the Cornerstone value proposition to clearly tell the “Why Cornerstone” story
• Foster collaboration within the marketing team to share and promote best practices
• Guide, coach and support individual Marketing Managers to ensure strategic execution and success

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years B2B marketing experience – Enterprise SaaS technology a plus
• 3+ years team management experience required
• Ability to understand and evaluate marketing metrics and the macro and micro level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment required
• Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of marketing best practices
• Strong organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment
• High energy, team player with the desire to learn and grow
