Responsibilities
- Build a predictive model of employee success based on a dataset of millions of people
- Build infrastructure for running distributed, restartable tasks on a cluster of machines
Ideal Candidate
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience
- Software engineering work or internship experience
Preferred experience
- Application of algorithmic knowledge and intuition to solve complex problems
- Experience building software with a statically-typed backend language (Java preferred. C, C++, Scala, etc. are all sufficient)
- Knowledge of machine learning and web technologies are a plus
