Software Engineer, Generalist

The recruiting field has been starved of innovation. Connecting people and jobs is fundamental to our economy and our lives, and we think it's time to build some intelligence into today's employment platforms. We've begun by building Connectifier to give recruiters a complete view of prospective job candidates and a way to connect with those candidates.

• Build a predictive AI model of employee success based on a dataset of millions of people

• Build infrastructure for running distributed, restartable tasks on a cluster of machines

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience
• Software engineering work or internship experience

Preferred experience

• Application of algorithmic knowledge and intuition to solve complex problems
• Experience building software with a statically-typed backend language (Java preferred. C, C++, Scala, etc. are all sufficient)
• Knowledge of machine learning, aritifcial intelligence, big data and web technologies are a plus
