Supervises the production process to ensure that all products are prepared according to kosher laws and standards which includes verifying meat and ingredients received, turning ovens on, inspecting coolers and kosher sealing the plant on the eve of the Sabbath.

• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as complying with all OSHA rules and regulations. (THINK SAFETY FIRST.)
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming and hygiene, etc.
• Check in all meat and ingredients entering the plant
• Turn on all ovens in kosher plant
• Frequent the kosher plant in order to understand what is happening in the manufacturing areas and inspect the coolers
• Open up and kosher seal the kosher plant on the eve of the Sabbath
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be a publicly acknowledged Orthodox Jew.
• Some rabbinical training helpful but not required.
• Must work away from home at least 3 days per week.
