Collective Health is searching for a dynamic leader for our Quality Assurance/Test Engineering team to develop and elevate the productivity of our testing process. Your strong leadership skills, as well as your deep technical understanding of the software development landscape, will be crucial in growing our offshore QA testing team and for building out our suite of automated testing. You will also be collaborating extensively across departments to drive the quality of the Collective Health's products.
- Leading and growing our high-performing team of QA Engineers offshore
- Working closely across departments, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Offshore, to define test programs
- Coordinating Build Releases with our Offshore team, Product, and Engineering
- Crafting detailed testing procedures to validate functional, system, performance, and integration requirements
- Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reporting
- Reviewing manual test scripts written by your Offshore team to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 4+ years experience as a Quality Lead/Manager
- 1+ year of UI Automation experience
- Experience with the Agile-Scrum methodology
- Experience with continuous integration and version control tools
- Experience with Zephyr
- Strong proficiency in XML/JSON
- Comfortable with HTML/Javascript basics
- Experience with Java/Python/Ruby/Perl
- Experience with JIRA or similar tool
