Senior Allocation Analyst

• Develop thorough knowledge of North America markets to inform new store plans
• Forecast department/class inventory levels to support predetermined sales objectives
• Collaborate with field management, allocation team and visual merchandising to determine appropriate product mix and depth
• Generate weekly and daily reports to track inventory commitments and communicate status updates to allocation team
• Coordinate all shipping and delivery activities with distribution center, store operations, and field teams
• Create and distribute sales performance reports for all new stores and remodels and provide action steps
• Identify and lead special projects that drive business initiatives

• Bachelor s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail allocation, store planning or related field
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong strategic thinking and outstanding analytical/quantitative skills
• Proven ability to successfully manage large amounts of data
• Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with team members and cross functional and field partners at all levels.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to support and motivate a high performing team.
