Clearleap currently seeks to hire a Cloud Video Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for defining and leading the marketing strategy for the Cloud Video portfolio and working with the World Wide (WW) and geography marketing teams on local execution around the world. This position will apply portfolio, buyer and routes-to-market segment expertise to architect the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy and content strategy for a portfolio across the marketing, offering management and sales ecosystem, continuously optimizing execution especially across digital channels to achieve desired business results. This role will be accountable for delivering clear and compelling points of views, strategic messaging and leadership proof points improving the portfolio’s market position and competitiveness. You will build marketing business plans that drive sustainable growth and apply new models of digital content practices to design and orchestrate the delivery of relevant client engagement experiences.
- Develop and drive execution of a Go to Market (GTM) plan that creates pipeline for product offerings in support of the demand generation team
- Collaborate with offering management to develop a thorough understanding of the market and define market positioning, target buyer and value proposition within the market segment
- Conduct competitive analysis and ongoing market tracking activities in order to develop appropriate messaging and sales-enablement tools.
- Provide content and then drive development of collateral including white papers, presentations, infographics and videos
- Develop blogs that demonstrate thought leadership, provide differentiating messages, and drive interest in Clearleap’s solutions
- Work with the Sales Enablement team to create and deliver sales enablement material to the sales teams and partners
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Masters is preferred
- 5+ years relevant experience in marketing for a technology company
- Portfolio Marketing Experience is a plus
- Digital and Content Marketing Experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Ability to proactively drive and lead projects
- Collaboration and communication with all levels of management is an absolute requirement
- Strong presentation skills (live and virtual, in front of internal and external audience)
