Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Supply Planning team to meet target fill rates
- Work closely with Order-to- Cash Lead person
- Responsible for responding to all assigned customer’s inquiries and/or issues with accurate and professional correspondences in a timely manner
- Manage weekly Cycle Count process ; Inventory Reconciliation and Perpetual adjustments
- Provide support for internal and external customers and liaise with 3PL team
- Customer Service Lead at 3PL facility
- Manage in coordination with Marketing & Sales new product introduction and launches
- Assist in other shipping functions and export documentation
- Check damaged freight and document as needed (pictures, file incident reports, etc.,) and assist in other QA related issues
- Coordinate all kitting and other in-house assembly activities
- Review daily reports
Experience/Skill Requirement:
- High school diploma/ equivalent, Associate’s degree preferred
- At least 8 years prior customer service experience (not call center)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Position requires the ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is necessary
