Summary

Investor Relations: Vice President, Client Service Executive (OFS and CIM Group)

To be OFS’ and CIM’s client service representative for potential investors.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for articulating CIM and OFS’ investment strategies, platforms, competitive advantages, performance, and for explaining in detail various investments to potential investors and other stakeholders
  • Promoting both organizations (brand awareness and recognition)
  • Be the primary point of contact for potential investors and provide and maintain regular communication and client service through in-person meetings and/or calls
  • Leverage synergies in investor relationships between CIM and OFS’ fund offering(s)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential investors and prepare responses to their questions and requests
  • Research and analyze potential investors, competitors and other market dynamics
  • Work closely with senior management to create and structure new products
  • Represent OFS and CIM at various trade organizations and conferences
  • Work on generating due diligence and other offering materials such as PPM, Flipbook, and DDQ's
  • Utilize CIM and OFS’ client relationship management system to log, maintain, and analyze client information including meeting notes and peer analysis
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field required, MBA preferred
  • Between 5 and 15 years’ experience in credit / debt institutional client service/marketing
  • Direct experience in Investments or Client Service / Investor Relations with an established network of institutional contacts
  • Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar software a plus
