Manager, IT Operations

We are a leading provider of software and analytics, network solutions and technology-enabled services that optimize communications, payments and analytics by leveraging our Intelligent Healthcare NetworkTM – the single largest financial and administrative network in the United States healthcare system.

• Recommends and coordinates IT operations department resources to effectively manage system, network, production hosting, telecom and help desk functions
• Implements and monitors production applications
• 5% uptime across all production applications
• Ensures all security controls are in place
• Implements and monitors management information systems policies & controls to ensure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance
• Organizes and reviews task assignment of IT staff
• Build and maintain relationships with key resources of the Enterprise Change Healthcare technology operations team

• 5-10 years experience in Systems Administration or networking role. Minimum of one year in lead or managerial capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux system administration, NGINIX, AWS, CHEF, networking, and desktop support
• Familiarity with incident management practices related to restoration of service during an outage
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an operations oriented IT environment with ability to assess business needs, maintain systems and execute operational goals
• Demonstrated ability to manage/mentor senior and junior team members and guide daily operations of High-Performance team. Demonstrated experience managing timely project delivery to high degree of success.
• Self-motivated and directed exceptional customer service orientation and dedication to meeting deadlines. Excellent organization, time management and analytical skills.
