Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling bank wide or regional promotions/campaigns defined in department’s Strategic Marketing Plan or as required by senior management. - Identify and/or lead new Marketing initiatives, projects and programs. Responsible for all aspects of marketing promotions/projects/programs including: development of marketing proposal, creative, and media plan; meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring performance and results. - Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution. - Develop and produce in-branch marketing support including brochures, posters, collateral materials, and electronic display videos/e-posters. - Lead marketing support and projects for our NY, Chicago, and Boston regions. - Manage, maintain and update Bank’s website ensuring best online representation of Bank; Recommend ways to keep website current and engaging. - Develop marketing reports and reports/presentations for senior management, product stakeholders, audit/compliance and regulators. - Research, compile and assist in the analysis of data or information for the Director of Marketing. Research and analyze market trends and competitive environment. - Understand the product and service offerings and approaches of key competitors (competitive analysis and market intelligence) - Write English and Chinese copy for marketing materials, such as brochures, press releases, newsletters and website content. - Work with and respond to Audit Dept. on audits related to marketing. - Handle or assist with projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
Ideal Candidate
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations a plus but not required. Experience: - At least seven years of professional marketing experience. Experience in developing marketing collateral materials, coordinating web-based and electronic display materials. Skills/Ability: - Result-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized. - Excellent communication and business writing skills. Proven track record in planning and implementing advertising/marketing programs, and publicity/corporate events. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks/projects and consistently meet deadlines. - Strong attention to details; good follow-through skills. Team-oriented (ensuring team and department goals are met or exceeded). Some travel may be required. - Speak, read, and write English and Chinese. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge in design and/or data management programs a plus.
