Ideal Candidate
- As a Software Engineer, you must be an excellent and self-driven problem solver, with at least 2 years of experience under your belt. You should also be a team player with a good sense of humor, good work ethic, who likes to work and brainstorm with others. You will need to be able to interact with developers as customers. And of course, you’ll also need to be able to comfortably switch between various programming languages, projects, platforms and tools. - Bachelor’s degree, computer science or related major preferred * Experience with high level programming languages such as C#, Java and VB.net * Familiarity with SQL * Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, concisely and diplomatically * Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) - Distributed Computing * Knowledge of testing and testing principles * Exposure to Scrum and Agile processes * Knowledge of ALM * Experience writing code using the .net framework * Experience writing chef Cookbooks * Experience with RubyRuby on Rails * An excellent shot with a Nerf gun
