Summary

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily needs of customers, manufacturer’s reps, and the Tradex sales team in order to meet sales objectives
  • Daily contact via phone and email with customer sales leaders, sales reps, and category managers
  • Fielding questions and making recommendations related to products, pricing, bids, cross referencing, samples, and promotions
  • Position serves as a the primary internal contact for customer service, procurement, accounting, and operations for any pricing, quality, invoicing, and any other issues related to the strategic account.
  • Managing deviated pricing contracts renewals and expiration's
  • Weekly review of key customer orders and inventory status
  • Annual travel to industry trade show
  • Price discrepancy reconciliation with Customer Service
  • Update and maintain customer management system

  • Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
  • Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
  • May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Min 4 years general business experience, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
