Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.
- Support the daily needs of customers, manufacturer’s reps, and the Tradex sales team in order to meet sales objectives
- Daily contact via phone and email with customer sales leaders, sales reps, and category managers
- Fielding questions and making recommendations related to products, pricing, bids, cross referencing, samples, and promotions
- Position serves as a the primary internal contact for customer service, procurement, accounting, and operations for any pricing, quality, invoicing, and any other issues related to the strategic account.
- Managing deviated pricing contracts renewals and expiration's
- Weekly review of key customer orders and inventory status
- Annual travel to industry trade show
- Price discrepancy reconciliation with Customer Service
- Update and maintain customer management system

- May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Min 4 years general business experience, preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
