Assistant Vice President Call Center Operations

The Assistant Vice President Call Center Operations oversees the strategic and day-to-day direction of the Operations and Support functions of the Insurance business. This includes:

• Policy holder service
• Processing
• Quality
• Training
• Vendor Relations
• Related areas for a multi-line, multi-state, multi-location Personal Lines and Property/Casualty business.
• This role will oversee over 100 employees with 4 direct reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree plus insurance designations preferred.
• 12+ years personal lines (auto and homeowners) insurance operations and support experience.
• Some insurance sales helpful.
• Solid understand of auto and homeowners products, quality and underwriting, agency knowledge, multi-line business, multi-state support, and insurance systems.
• Strong leadership skills in a large call center organization.
