Systems Engineer for Lead

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.

• Analyze documented requirements and system architecture to develop system requirement specifications.
• Lead design, development and integration of software and hardware
• Work with personnel to maintain infrastructure and propose changes as necessary
• Document and troubleshoot system performance issues as they arise
• Ensure optimal database performance and administration
• Incorporate new plans and/or system designs into ongoing system operations
• Manage installation, maintenance and support of infrastructure, hardware and software components
• Provide technical input for operations, security and integration for the client network
• Manage and tune platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved

Required Qualifications:

• Current (within last 5 years) TS/SCI w/poly
• BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science or related field. Additional experience will be considered for BS degree.
• Seven (7) Years experience
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience leading junior level Systems Engineering personnel
• Ability to work independently to decompose high-level requirements into workable tasks
• Knowledge of IC community infrastructure and INFOSEC requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Technical Certification, especially Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), or Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) Certification issued by the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
