Senior Business Analyst

* Responsible for managing one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. * Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts. * Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for digital projects (e.g., website builds, redesigns, and CMS platform migrations) to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet or exceed customer expectations. * Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, setting agendas, compiling minutes, distributing project materials, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. * Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resource allocations to meet the needs of deliverable stakeholders. * Responsible for managing third party vendor in formulating the content strategy based on the new UX design and tone of voice in conjunction with aligning the internal stakeholders in gathering sample content and pushing the newly developed content through the proper approval process. * Communicate with appropriate team members across Global Digital Services, website stakeholders, technology teams, and offshore resources to ensure there is available bandwidth to meet project deliverable dates. * Facilitate and enable efficient communications between key project stakeholders within the business units, Global Digital Services, and other areas of the organization. * Build business relationships with the various key stakeholders to better facilitate and manage overall relationships. * Act as point of contact/go-to, as required, for problem identification, resolution, and escalation as needed. * Interact with technical partners to communicate business requirements and be able to communicate technical constraints and/or issues with businesses in terms they can understand * Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. Demonstrates specific expertise in digital projects associated with Content Management Systems.

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience and 6+ years of IT work experience, including 4 or more years managing projects. * Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred. * Experience with managing projects in multiple technologies, settings and functions. * Experience working with internet sites for large global companies * Working knowledge of Content Management Systems and implications on site creation. * Extensive Project Management skills and experiences * Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. * Must be able to educate technical concepts to all levels of technical background end users within Client. * Willingness to pitch in to help with work outside of job description when needed (such as testing site content and functionality) * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely implementation of assigned projects. * Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills; ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects * Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (aka CQ5) or SDL Tridion. * Working knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS - Conduct quick diagnostics of issues during site build phase, communicate effectively to the stakeholders, and route to the proper teams for resolution. * Digital marketing experience * Web Analytics, * Digital Campaign Management * SEO * Email Marketing
