Responsibilities

Work alongside the engineering and business teams on a variety of mobile and web products.
Own projects end-to-end, from whiteboard to App Store.
Support sales efforts by creating interactive prototypes and productizing integrations.
Advance Button’s brand and marketing, iterating as the company evolves.
Shape our design team’s culture by consistently improving process, techniques, and infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate

Knowledge that spans user experience, user interface, visual, and interactive design.
An understanding of what makes an experience good or bad.
A highly refined aesthetic sense and can both work inside and expand Button’s style.
Experience working in an iterative design environment including giving and receiving feedback.
A drive to get better every day and are always looking for opportunities to learn.
Bonus points if you have experience with Adobe After Effects or other animation tools.
