Staff Accountant

Due to recent growth, we, a global technology firm, have an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. The position sits in our New York Headquarters located in the Flatiron District.

• Assist with bonus and commission calculations
• Assist the accounting team in day to day activities necessary for the month end close process
• Perform Bank reconciliations on a monthly basis for multiple international entities
• Reconcile multiple corporate credit cards and assist with seeing that the charges are recorded properly into our general ledger
• Assist with special projects as needed

• 0-2 years experience
• BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Math
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, macros, pivot tables)
• Should possess strong communication skills
• Should possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Salesforce.com experience a plus
