Infiniti of Chicago has an Immediate Opening for a Automotive Internet Director. We are currently seeking a focused, computer-savvy, hands-on, "whatever it takes", do-as-I -do" BDC/Internet Director.

* Ensuring the Internet Department is meeting daily-weekly and monthly goals and objectives. * Setting and confirming a volume of appointments daily. * Monitor and measure the phone and internet traffic by following up with the Internet Representatives to ensure effectively maximizing al internet leads. * Address all customer questions, request and concerns. * Manage and maintain email marketing campaigns, as well as Social Media sites. * Attend all dealership meetings, product training and launches * Meet with our online vendors and sales managers regularly to ensure that all online advertising efforts are effectively driving traffic into the dealership. * Develop, train. Lead to inspire Internet Team to ensure strong growth and consistently high performance within your team. * Engage in ongoing training of staff on how to effectively utilize our current Customer Relations Management database. * Assist with organizing and effectively execute duties needed to prepare for our various community awareness events held at the dealership.

* Monster Phone skills, internet, technology, negotiation, and training skills required. * VIN Solutions “CRM” experience a big plus.
