As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team, assisting with implementations for new and existing MSP clients, under the direction of a Project Manager
- Analyze and document customer current-state processes and procedures, perform gap analysis based upon Bartech standard practices and recommend future-state customer processes and procedures
- Utilizing Assessment Questionnaires to create Visio process maps and To-Be PowerPoint presentations
- Interface with customer to collect and validate user, approval hierarchy, worksite, cost center, supplier, worker, job description and rate data for load in VMS Tools
- Work with Bartech Technology Specialists to document and define application configuration and other customer requirements.
- Execute project timeline tasks as indicated/ directed
- Maintain customer communication through phone, email, and in-person interaction
- Document meeting minutes for Weekly Status Meeting and customer-facing meetings.
- Support companies quality organization initiatives by supporting all Implementation activities for each engagement in compliance with Bartech defined procedures
- Initiate actions to prevent errors
- Identify and record any problems related to product, process and quality systems
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels
- Verify the implementation of solutions
- Controls further processing until errors have been corrected
- Support Sales efforts with Pre-Sales assessment projects.

- MS Excel (Advanced Level)
- MS Word
- MS PowerPoint
- Flowcharting (MS Visio)
- VMS Software experience: Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, Peoplefluent
Required Experience
Years of Specific Industry Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of three years developing MS Excel analytical spreadsheet & performing advanced analysis
- Minimum of one year staffing industry experience, MSP experience preferred
- Minimum of three years customer service experience
- Minimum of three years project based responsibilities
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (in Communication, Marketing, Business or Information Systems preferre
