Front End Developer

Bandujo Advertising + Design currently has the following Front End Developer position available. We are seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, bright and personable individual with 3+ years of experience.

* Work closely with the creative team to help guide and develop website features and match visual design intent * Build and maintain our client facing interfaces and their underlying JavaScript, HTML, and CSS * Act as a voice of technical expertise in broader discussions and initiatives * Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices * Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling bandujo.com * Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

* 3+ years of experience, agency experience a plus * Extensive experience hand-coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & jQuery * Excellent debugging and problem solving skills * Git version control * Experience with open source development tools like NPM, Bower, and Grunt * Solid understanding of preprocessors like SASS and LESS * Working knowledge of Bootstrap * Knowledge of the creative process, Photoshop, Sketch, and other design tools * Desire to explore new tools and technologies on a regular basis * Great written and verbal communication skills * Available to work on site in our New York office * Working knowledge of a server-side language like PHP (bonus) * Familiar with UnBounce (bonus)
