Senior Software Engineer

That’s perfect, because we’re on the market for a talented addition to our team who can build and improve our SaaS multi-tenant platform. We want to provide an excellent experience to our current users and an enticing proposal to potential users. We’re looking for a software engineer who can architect, design and implement our Balluun Social B2B Marketplace Web application using web development best practices and processes. The senior software engineer will adopt, embrace, and promote agile test-driven practices with the team. We’re looking for someone who values team excellence and has a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable and reusable code that scales and performs well. The candidate should be able to take on difficult technical challenges and be comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, agile environment.

- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience - Strong user interface programming skills including HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and cross-browser development - 3+ years of experience with Java programming - Strong understanding of XML, DOM, and other W3C standards - 5+ years software development experience - 2+ years experience developing web user interfaces - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts - Knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases

- Agile experience - SOAP / XML / WSDL / REST - Good knowledge of SQL and relational database programming - Experience with web programming including jsp/servlets and web frameworks - Experience building Software as a Service (SaaS) applications - Experience with Agile software development and Test Driven - Development methodologiesCRM domain knowledge - Track record of being a top performer in their current and past roles
