The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery and management of projects/programs. Serves as the customer contact, presents project status, manages the project change process, manages customer expectations, escalates issues as appropriate and identifies opportunities for follow-on work or new projects; performance of these duties also applies to managing and representing third party vendor relationships in support of the program. Escalates issues that impact timing and/or budget to management.

Basic Qualifications
- 10 years IT and/or business experience managing projects/programs
- 5 years of experience with Agile methodology
Other Requirements
- Experience with mobile applications
- The successful candidate will be self-directed and able to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to manage complex programs/projects of long-term duration
- Ability to manage external vendors/partners
- Prepare and direct the preparation of required project documentation according to current methodology
- Develop, review and approve plans for completing project deliverables, including scheduling and coordinating activities of project team members
- Facilitate team participation, conflict resolution and consensus building
- Facilitate and/or initiate post-implementation project reviews; document best practices and lessons learned for project archives
- Build rapport with and among all program stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with customers and actively seek alignment with expectations on all aspects of project execution
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries and requests and seek opportunities to increase customer
- Ensure a solid approach is used to track issues and their resolution throughout the life-cycle of the program and all projects
- Provide alternative options and recommendations to program decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PMP Certification
