Marketing Manager

- Manages all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. - Develops, with the marketing VP and head of business line, the marketing plan for the company in line with company objectives. - Coordinates marketing campaigns with sales activities. - Oversees the company’s marketing budget. - Plans and implements promotional campaigns and social media. - Manages and improves lead generation campaigns, measuring results. - Manages brand and corporate identity. - Works with creative agencies to develop online and print marketing campaigns. - Monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing communications programs. - Works closely with design personnel and agencies to create marketing materials and assist with new product launches. - Works closely with the sales team to create case studies and sales tools. - Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. - Works with strategic partners on joint marketing activities.

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications - 5 – 7 years of technical or software product marketing experience - Experience with lead gen, public relations, press releases and press relations - Experience with managing events - Confident and dynamic personality - Strong creative outlook - Very strong written communication skills - Excessive attention to detail - Willing to travel on occasion - Strong analytical and project management skills - Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
