Recruiter/Sales Accounting and Finance

We are looking to expand our staff in our IT/Engineering and Accounting & Finance Divisions! If you are outgoing, love to work with people and working in a fast paced environment then this is for you!

Main Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified professionals for Direct Hire positions through the use of direct recruiting, social media/web research, referrals, and networking
• Review resumes and conduct interviews with potential candidates
• Qualify candidates for open client job roles
• Interface with clients in all respects of client job orders
• Maintain client and consultant satisfaction through follow up and quality control activities

• Bachelor Degree a plus
• Recruiting experience a strong plus but not required
• Strong work ethic and motivated by results
• Team-focused attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to grow and learn through training
