Executive Assistant

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our US Retail business group within Aon Risk Solutions, in Tampa, FL. As an Executive Assistant, you will report directly to the Resident Managing Director. The Tampa office is in need of an experienced Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership team in their daily functions.

* Act as the central command for all office communication with Admin staff * Provide office coordination for GEOC, events cancellations and vendor payable needs * Work in conjunction with Corporate Real Estate for all related activities * Coordinates all colleague on-boarding. * Book travel as needed * Assist with proposal writing and book binding

**Required Experience:** * 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity * Working knowledge of Microsoft 2010 Outlook, and Word * Insurance related knowledge **Preferred Experience:** * Familiarity with SalesForce * Accounts Receivable experience **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
