The Manager of Product Strategy will help to operationalize and execute the business components of the Product Development Lifecycle for Demand and Enterprise clients and partners. In the role, the Manager will partner with Business, Product, Commercialization, Product Marketing and Strategy/Business Development teams to own and organize the prioritization and maintenance of the roadmap for AOL Platforms Demand side offerings in ONE. The Manager will act as a liaison and facilitator for Product and Business in instances such as prioritization reviews and organizational requirements around client requests from the Product organization. The Manager will be responsible for monthly and quarterly prioritization, escalation and communication around road map and initiative changes affecting demand side customers of one.
- Synthesizing intake requests into prioritization procedures and thematic development
- Communication of roadmap and initiative status and changes to broader organization
- Facilitate ONE Design Partner Program, collaborating with client and product owners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain product and client specific roadmaps
- Provide feedback on wireframes/prototypes to ensure alignment with client asks and product deliverables
- Collaborate with Product Development Lifecycle Owners and Commercialization Lead on launches, go-to-market plans and product specific strategies
- Support the sales process with intelligence, coaching and client presentations as needed
- Provide training and training support for product development process and roadmap for business constituents
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative field. MBA a plus.
- Proven project management experience
- Experience in working across multiple disciplines within an organization.
- Software development experience a plus.
- Previous experience in media or marketing a plus.
- Previous experience with Jira a plus.
