Summary

The Team Coordinator will report to the Marketing Operations Lead and be based in San Francisco. S/he will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Leadership team with Administrative tasks and the Marketing Operations team with org-wide communications and event orchestration. Success in this role is defined by an ability to interact with all staff in a fast-paced environment--often under pressure--while displaying flexibility, resourcefulness, proactivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities (Marketing Leadership Team Support):

  • Advanced calendaring and meeting preparation/coordination/logistics
  • Book travel, Airbnb accommodations, and meal reservations
  • Secure Visa/other documents for international travel
  • Accountable for company credit card receipts and expenses

Responsibilities (Marketing Global Org Support):

  • Event planning and coordinating for global team offsites
  • Event planning and coordinating for Marketing Operations team offsites
  • Understand the pulse of the team -- what is happening internally (i.e.: anniversaries, birthdays, etc) and manage recognition
  • Orchestrate and referee monthly all-hands meetings
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Promote and provide administrative support to learning agenda sessions
Ideal Candidate
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience using Google Apps for Enterprise (Docs, Calendar, Gmail) and presentation software (Keynote, Google Slides)
  • Strong work ethic and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with a strong sense of urgency
  • Able to anticipate, multi-task and problem solve on the fly
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Trustworthy and approachable
  • Acute attention to detail and follow through
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Strong process-oriented skills and strive to find the most efficient way to do things without sacrificing a high quality of work and/or results
  • Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices
