Accountant I

AIG is seeking an Accountant I for its Warranty business. The right individual will reconcile bank transactions to Internal Sales and payment reports for WP

• Prepare receivables from consumers reporting to WP.
• Prepare commission report to WP.
• Prepare sales tax filings.
• Reconcile commission reporting and funds flow for WP to GL postings.
• Prepare JEs for WP program activity.
• Complete other projects as assigned.

• B.A. / B.S. degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.
• 1 or more years of accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential.
