Senior Developer Manager

TheSenior Developer Managerwill be responsible for managing a team of developers and responsible for individual development projects.

Development Key Responsibilities:

• Develop features and improvements for an ASP.NET and C# web application
• Work with team of development managers on software architecture and development lifecycle improvements and efficiencies
• Create and modify stored procedures and other SQL queries
• Become an general expert on the codebase

Management Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a mentor to new hires to become familiar with the bswift codebase and development lifecycle
• Create and improve training plans and documentation for the development team
• Create and improve performance evaluation and metrics for the development team
• Be readily available to the development and product teams for assistance and guidance on both technical and business related challenges

• At least 8 years of work experience in software development
• Experience with ASP.NET, C#, and SQL
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
• Experience with Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and SQL Server Management Studio
• Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel are critical.
