Process Engineer

• Supervision of production thick film operators and technicians
• Project and production planning, scheduling, and execution
• Coordination of multiple production processes ensuring consistent process flow
• Project documentation and procedure maintenance, and updates in accordance with quality management system requirements
• Technical support and training of operators as needed
• Maintenance of product assembly and raw material inventories
• Interaction with multiple departments

• BS degree in a technology field
• Ideally minimum 3 years hands on experience in manufacturing environment ideally in thick film processes and technology
• General experience with equipment operation, chemical / food processing, electronic component manufacturing, screen printing, conveyor furnaces or production assembly processes
• Ideal experience including screen printer setup, wire bonding technology, materials formulations, data interpretation, and process capability analysis
• Knowledge of ceramic and metal powders & pastes, organic chemistry, paints, or chemical processing are pluses
• General aptitude in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint; AutoCAD & metrology equipment knowledge are pluses
