Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with processing their vehicle rental agreement, whilst promoting additional products and services based on customer needs. The Customer Service Associate is also responsible for awarding every customer with a positive vehicle rental experience. * Welcome and provide our customers with information on rental agreement services. * Suggest additional options to customers based on their needs. * Provide outstanding customer service in all customer interaction situations. * Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times. * Other job duties as assigned to meet the company needs.

* Minimum of one (1) year sales/service experience in travel, retail, or hospitality. * High School Diploma or GED; some college or equivalent a plus. * Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years old with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). * Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applicants and basic computer navigation skills. * Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrate the desire to exceed sales goals and objectives. * Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with customers. * Strong organizational/time-management skills and the ability to multi-task. * Have the ability to thrive in a fast paced sales environment and positively manage stressful situations as needed. * Pass pre-employment background and drug screens. * Must have the flexibility to work day and/or evening hours, as well as weekends/holidays as needed. * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. * Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Spanish/other languages is a plus.
